JBI beautifully designed the main bar to see and be seen, as well as to showcase the exceptional views onto the golf course. The handsome, 30-foot open bar is layered with a Sahara Noir marble countertop, elegant leather paneling and distinct brass frame detailing. A raised platform provides individual seating areas, each centered around its own glass fireplace. Communal tables hewn of live-edge walnut anchored by custom brass banker lamps provide additional seating and viewing points onto the courses.
Two lounges, both residential in feel, are separated by a double-sided glass and limestone fireplace. The furnishings vary from contemporary to midcentury, with subtle nods of the Texan vernacular. The material palette strikes a harmonious balance between strong and severe (split face travertine at the fireplace, perforated brass at the columns, Bella Rita marble underfoot) and inviting and soft (plush wool-and silk area rugs, velvets, and leathers at seating groups).
