Barullo Taberna Española San Juan, Puerto Rico
Barullo is a gastronomic multi-space to discover the diverse Spanish cuisine. JBI’s design is a modern interpretation of the country’s classic décor and iconic culinary. The color palette of whites, blues, yellow, and pops of reds was driven be the restaurant’s branding. Choices in materiality includes industrial modern accents (like stainless steel), pared with iconic Spanish touches like terracotta, wicker, and decorative tile. Each area – La Barra, Arrocería, Jamonería, and Cafecito Bar – has its own unique, inviting, and Spanish look, which complement one another to create layered, modern and fresh interiors.
