Amore Del Lago Restaurant, The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds Lake Oconee, GA
JBI was asked to create a new restaurant, Amore Del Lago, in an existing space within The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee. The restaurant would be both family friendly and elevated. We therefore setout to create a warm and inviting atmosphere inspired by homemade Italian food, being out on a wooden speed boat on either Lake Cuomo or Lake Garda, and the resort’s lodge-like charm. Clean warm white walls are paired with rich materials like soft green leathers, brushed brass detailing, and quartzite bar tops and tabletops. Striking lights fixtures add drama, the black and white art speaks to the surrounding lake views, and residential touches like bookshelves provide familiarity.
The restaurant is divided into five different areas: Main Dining Room, Secondary Dining Room, Outdoor Terrace, Private Dining Room, and Private Tasting Room.
