Entering Pomme Palais, guests are greeted by a custom built white marble counter displaying Chef Michel Richard’s artistic pastries. The French market and café is a stunning jewel box, crafted to showcase gourmet food offerings in a small setting. The design team’s use of long narrow display cases makes the market feel significantly larger. The shop’s signature color, a bold grapefruit red with a touch of blush pink, was developed by JBI in concert with the graphic and packaging designers.
