One Hundred Barclay New York
We are honored to design the lobbies and amenity spaces at 100 Barclay, whose historic Grand Lobby received NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission protected status (one of fewer than 150 interiors throughout the city) in 1991. With a curated selection of original artwork, custom furniture, millwork and accessories, our design team established distinct identities for each of the three ground floor public spaces bringing 21st century sophistication to this historic interior, establishing a gracious welcome home to residents.
