Moon Club Paradise Island, The Bahamas
Located at the Atlantis resort, the Moon Club is a striking high roller lounge whose focal point is a massive jellyfish tank that anchors the 12-seat bar. The electric blue of the moon jellyfish is mimicked in a bold custom light fixture, fabricated from blunt acrylic rods and purple LED lights. The dramatic marriage of lighting and materiality in the club is exemplified in the club’s walls: high gloss macassar ebony is inlaid with strips of LED lighting and polished brass. Meanwhile, hand-blown seeded glass globes are suspended on wire and dramatically lit to evoke both sparkling champagne and bubbles from the underwater sea.
