An original McKim, Mead & White building, 108 Leonard is a landmarked condominium conversion located in Tribeca. Our design aesthetic speaks to the storied pedigree of this distinctive jewel and also adds a contemporary flair to its classic details. Oversized moldings and soaring ceilings are juxtaposed with contemporary touches like chevron-patterned floors or dramatic cove lighting. Over 20,000 sq. ft. of amenities comprised of a private dining room with adjoining wine cellar, billiards room, roof terrace, and much more. Photography by Evan Joseph.
“Through a contemporary interpretation, layering of luxurious materiality for warmth, and attention to detail, the interiors are inviting and hospitable.”
“Our goal was to pair this romantic structure’s elegant bones and extraordinary proportions with distinctly modern, finely-detailed interiors that allow for a refined living experience.”
